Product Details
A kitchen knife made from an ancient carriage spring from Memmingen, but that was the only thing I could still read!!!
In the picture gallery you can see the development of the knife! The steel is of very good quality and suitable for all work in the kitchen!
The handle is made of Moroccan thuja root, Allgäu red deer drop point and Indonesian ebony. A beautiful robust knife for all occasions. The blade has a very small curvature in the front area of the back of the blade, this is compensated for at the edge, it's just handwork!
Optionally, you can also purchase a solid leather sheath with a cowhide fastening bolt, just choose.

If you need a care oil then you are very well advised to use the universal oil from Ballistol, and it comes from Bavaria! Just choose here!!!
