This kitchen cleaver is made for almost all uses except chopping!

The blade is hand-forged from 1.2419, the handle is made from Indonesian ebony wood that has been aged for over 30 years.

The blade is a maximum of 2mm thick. Ideal for the finer work in the kitchen!

Optionally, you can also purchase a solid leather sheath with a cowhide fastening bolt, just choose.

If you need a care oil, then you are very well advised to use the universal oil from Ballistol, and it comes from Bavaria! Just choose here!!!
