I use this oil to care for my blades, knife handles, leather sheaths and much more. The oil, which comes from near Landshut in Bavaria, has been ensuring the best results in the craft for 115 years. If that is not proof of quality!

Ballistol does not resinify and has an unlimited shelf life. It is food-safe, particularly skin-friendly, medically pure and biodegradable.

Material compatibility: rubber (oil-resistant), wood, leather, metal / iron

Cleaning: Removes unsuitable greases, Removes unsuitable oils , Removes resinified oils / resin, Descales / cleans connections / contacts on poles, plug connections, tombac / copper, Unwanted patina on copper, brass, stainless steel and aluminium is removed, infiltrates, dissolves rust

Protect: preserves , corrosion protection / rust protection, neutralises light acids such as hand perspiration

Lubricate: penetrating oil, lubricating oil, cutting oil / drilling oil
